About Steve Gurule

Stevey Ray Gurule has been a Realtor® in New Mexico since 2021. He is a native New Mexican, born and raised in the north valley of Albuquerque. He has an associate degree in Computer Information Systems with a professional background in manufacturing/environmental design and project management.

 

​Before working in real estate, Stevey Ray worked as a Senior Project Manager and Graphic Designer for Century Sign Builders. He would oversee and facilitate the planning, design, fabrication, and installation of projects; serve as the primary project and planning liaison between the client, architects, and contractors as well as prepare estimates for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other service providers.

 

He is a team player who possesses the personality traits of being positive, fun, outgoing, and caring no matter what the task may be. Because of Stevey Ray’s professional background, he works well under difficult, stressful, and time-sensitive situations with strict deadlines.

 

Outside of real estate, Stevey Ray works as a flight attendant for one of the largest domestic air carriers in the United States. He loves to help his community and has served on his HOA Board since March 2020. He loves to travel, attend live concerts, watch scary movies, go running, and spend time with his husband, Michael, fur baby Oliver, and his family and friends.
