Sharon E. Nowlin, a native of California began her career as a real estate professional over 23 years ago in the federal government working in the Base Housing office for the United States Air Force. Through her government career in real estate, she has had the pleasure of working in various parts of the country and overseas, including: Okinawa Japan, California, and Kirkland AFB New Mexico. She loves Real Estate and the most satisfying benefit is helping people to buy their first home, jumbo property, investment property, or a second home.

As a veteran's spouse, she has resided in the metro area of Washington DC servicing military members there as well as having her Real Estate License in the State of Virginia. She is very knowledgeable and considered a bank foreclosure specialist in the Bernalillo & Sandoval Counties and surrounding areas. Sharon is a Qualifying Broker and Multi-Million Dollar Producer. She has over 18 years of real estate, lending experience & extensive knowledge that will help customers become educated in the First Time Home Buyers Grant Program, VA Zero Down Program, Conventional products, and FHA financing.

She works very hard for her clients and is extremely dedicated with availability day or night to help customers find the right home. She has relationships with some of the finest homes builders in the Metro area. One of her best practices is to keep clients informed every step of the way with outstanding customer service. She has been married for over 27 years to her husband Bryan Nowlin. They have one son David Nowlin who is a 2018 graduate from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management, Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Market Management. They have lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico for over 16 years. Her hobbies include watching her favorite teams on ESPN which are the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Lakers and traveling with her family to attend these games.
