Meet Mary

I was born and raised on a farm in Iowa, where I learned the values of hard work, honesty, and community that have guided me throughout my life. After graduating from DMACC, I moved to California, where I met my husband of 47 years. We’ve been blessed with two wonderful children and seven amazing grandchildren who keep life full and joyful.

My career path has been quite an adventure. In California, I served as the head of a private K–12 school and also worked as an executive for my church. When we moved to Kansas, I founded a non-profit organization, Citizens Commission for Human Rights and established a touring group. I also worked part-time for a financial advisor, gaining valuable experience in business and client service.

When my husband’s job brought us to New Mexico, I joined Applied Scholastics International as their Federal Programs Manager. After seven years, I decided to retire — but quickly realized retirement wasn’t for me. My in-laws had owned their own real estate brokerage, and their passion for helping others inspired me to explore real estate myself.

For the past nine years, I’ve loved working in this field. Meeting people from all walks of life, helping them navigate their real estate goals, and seeing the excitement when they receive the keys to their very first home, which is truly rewarding. For me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling houses — it’s about helping people take the next step in their life’s journey.
