About Luke Soule

Luke Soule is a native New Mexican raised in the NE heights. He studied material science and engineering in college at New Mexico Tec with graduate studies at Georgia Tech. His family has been doing real estate for 4 generations where they have and continue to own properties, start realty companies (Soule Realty), and engage in land development and engineering. Luke started in real estate in 2025 after working as a chemist at Sandia Labs. He has brokered properties in Cedar Crest and Edgewood area. Since he came from a technical background, he leans towards contract law and financial aspects of realty. As a proud broker at Realty One, he is ready to serve any and all real estate needs, both residential and commercial.
