My name is Frank Hung and I have been in the real estate field since 1995. I was originally born in Albuquerque and later moved to and was raised in California. I am currently licensed in both California and also New Mexico. With both of my licenses, I can represent transactions for almost the entire west half of the United States. I specialize in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Placitas, and Corrales.
A little background on myself. Educated at UCLA and obtained a dual masters in both Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering with highest honors. My education in engineering has enabled me to bring a logical, structured, well thought out, and calm approach towards real estate. I present data in a way that is easily digestible which enables buyers and sellers to make an informed decision, without being pushy. I treat clients with the utmost respect and understand the importance of being patient and being a good listener in the home buying/selling process .
I have excelled in real estate for almost the last 3 decades, as a result of having real estate all around me when growing up in California and also through investing of my own. I originally got involved in real estate for my own personal investing, but this quickly spread to helping others who wanted to buy and sell their own personal residences or investments.
I truly believe in giving back to the community as I have been blessed with people giving back to me when I was younger. I offer a cash back at closing program for buyers and offer competitive rates for sellers. I believe that home buying/selling can be a win-win situation.
I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Spanish.
I have a family of 4, which includes my wife, my son, and my daughter. My passions in life are real estate, helping others out, traveling and exploring the new cultures, and enjoying good food.
