Doug Farley has always had a passion for all things real estate. In 1987 he was introduced into the world of real estate through a career path of real estate appraising. In 2014, he added real estate broker to his repertoire and opened R1 New Mexico Farmington Brokerage in 2019.

His passion for Farmington and the positive growth it has seen over the years is evident by his local businesses, property ownership and love of being involved in the San Juan County community.
