My name is Dee Rasberry, Qualifying Broker and Residential Realtor, specializing in Buyers & Sellers in the Greater Albuquerque/Rio Rancho. As the sole proprietor of "D Realty," I operate under R1 New Mexico (Realty One), the largest brokerage in the state. With more than 27 years of real estate investment experience, I possess a unique understanding of the client's perspective and potential challenges, propelling me to excel as a distinguished broker with exceptional negotiation skills and comprehensive services.

My clients appreciate the fact that I know this area very well as I was raised here in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. After graduating from Cibola High School, I earned my BA at the University of NM and never left! I have resided in many lovely sections of town including: Tanoan Country Club, North Albuquerque Acres, Foothills- east of Tramway, West Side, Rio Rancho and currently the North Valley.

My expertise extends across diverse properties, encompassing various styles, amenities, lot sizes, utilities, and elevations in the Albuquerque area. My experience includes specialized knowledge of water wells, septic systems, irrigation wells, flood irrigation, and horse properties.
