Everything in my career life has led me to this point. With a previous career in the financial planning and advisory world, coupled with a long period in the construction, contracting and subcontracting realm, I am well equipped to provide a value-added proposition that many Realtors® do not have in their "tool belt". With a very discerning eye toward construction techniques, design/construction shortcomings and imperfections, I will lend a "third eye perspective" for both buyers and sellers in addition to what comes from the home inspectors perspective and assessment.
