As the Founder and CEO of Irvie Homes, Carl has built a recognized vacation rental company known for driving strong revenue performance and delivering high-quality guest experiences. His background in marketing, operations, and real estate gives clients a strategic advantage when buying, selling, or positioning properties in today’s market. Carl serves as a board member of the New Mexico Short Term Rental Association and Visit Albuquerque, and is an Airbnb Community Leader. He is also the author of the 2023 New Mexico Short Term Rental Economic Impact Study, highlighting the industry’s role in the state’s economy.
