Mike understands that the purchase or sale of a home is often a strenuous and albeit stressful event for anyone. He believes that realtors have an obligation to be well educated and informed so that they may provide an optimum level of service and protection his clients deserve. he is continuously striving to further his knowledge in his scopes and practices as a licensed realtor. Mike studied business, psychology, social work and music at the University of New Mexico and has performed in over a dozen classical and acoustic guitar events, competitions and venues.

Mike's consistent dedication, commitment and tenacious work ethic has earned him many awards and recognition throughout the years. He has had the honor of receiving exemplary attendance records in addition to employee of the year award multiple consecutive years. He has a steady grasp in knowing that success in this business requires honesty, hard work and taking the initiative, his very sacred cornerstones of operation. His work ethics and talents did not begin within the real estate industry, but they have followed him from his constant career path. Much of his time vested in the community in working with the State of New Mexico's Departments of Health as a Psychiatric Technician within a treatment center for adolescent males and the Children Youth and Families Department as a Youth Care Specialist, Treatment Officer and Case Manager for at-risk youth with adjudicated and incarcerated youth from around the state.

Mike feels that being a REALTOR is about more than just joining professional associations; he believes REALTORS should continue to be involved in the communities in which they conduct their business. Mike has served his community in many capacities in the roles of a musician and has been involved in playing for charity events benefiting the Crossroads for Women Program in Albuquerque which runs an independent living program and community of services for women of all ages who are victims of domestic violence, substance abuse, teen pregnancies and runaways. He has served within the community as an advocate for individuals and families who possess developmental disabilities and require advice and guidance to navigate through the toilsome system of the developmentally disabled waiver along with its processes and formalities. He also finds it the most enriching to give back to the youth who have been forgotten, the one talent and treasure he discovered in his own youth, the love for music and specifically teaching guitar to adjudicated and incarcerated youth populations within the state's facilities.

Mike prides himself on accountability, attention to detail, initiative and personal service allowing him to build lifelong relationships with his clients. he is an engaging and caring person who is always looking out for the interests of others above his own, be it his family, his friends, his clients or any person in need, he is ecstatic and honored to make your real estate dreams a tangible reality.
