Come witness the serene open landscapes that Northern New Mexico has to offer. This partially thinned lot offers many opportunities, whether your looking for a build site, or parking and rest for the on-the-go travelers. You'll find ample peace and quiet, tucked away from the bustle of everyday life. No HOA fees or uber strict covenants to worry about on lower Pinabete Road. A short 10 minutes from downtown Questa, mere minutes from the Wild Rivers National Monument and less than 30 minutes from the heart of Red River! Kit Carson Electric and Fiber Optic High Speed WiFi already at lot. Front and Rear of lot is fenced already with all four corners distinctly marked.
