The Cumbres Suites is in the charming village of Chama, NM. This is very clean modest accommodation. The current owners have had the place for 25yrs and have taken very good care of the place. There are 10 suits total, plus living facilities which include A/C, Wood stove, 2- Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, and a very large living area with a large TV on the wall. They also have a Bar B-Q area next to the wood storage. They serve a continental breakfast right now with a large dining area to enjoy. The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad is just down Hwy 17 about a Mile, along with the charming shops of Chama. Suit One has its own four-foot shower, A/C, and a Queen-size bed.

Suit Eight has its own shower-tub combo, A/C, and a king-size bed.
Suit Nine has its own shower-tub combo, A/C and two Full size beds.
Suit Ten has its own shower-tub combo, A/C and two Full size beds.

Parking for the facility is in the rear. There are two open bays in the back for storage or vehicles.
